Logistics & Format
What's the time commitment?
Four 90-minute live sessions over four weeks (Thursdays, 7-8:30pm PT starting Oct 16), plus light between-session work to apply frameworks to your real-time decisions. This is designed for busy leaders who need practical tools, not another course to "get through."
What if I can't make all the live calls?
All participants receive session materials and frameworks you can apply on your own. But the live peer coaching is where the real transformation happens, so plan to show up when you can. The cohort is small by design so you get meaningful time and attention.
What do I need to participate?
A willingness to bring real decisions from your current role, an open mind, and access to Zoom. We'll work with what you already have access to (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar). No special AI tools beyond that. This is about leadership, not learning new software.
How many people will be in the cohort?
We cap it at 5 participants. Small groups mean real coaching, not just watching someone else get coached. You'll have time to work through your actual decisions and get specific feedback.
